Imagine moving to a data platform and saving operational costs by S$1 million, as well as more than 10,000 man-days per year? Our collaboration with Microsoft made that a reality. By integrating our company data warehouses into the single Microsoft Azure-based data platform, our teams were able to handle increased data volumes while boosting efficiency. Within #CLI, our investment team was empowered by AI models to identify suitable markets for investment and analyse deals at scale. The enterprise chatbot also redefined our internal processes, from drafting investment papers to marketing materials, while ensuring data security. Externally, our hospitality customers benefited too, enjoying tailor-made experiences fueled by real-time data from Bing and The Ascott Limited pages. A distinct competitive advantage for Microsoft that other players are found wanting , hence he is “ waiting for competition to arrive “ Interestingly the deployment partners are the who’s who of the tech companies in India and he has engaged with startups to create a robust vernacular architecture for “ mother - tongue “ experience delivery Organisations are neural networks of collective intelligence. While they have pre-cooked co-pilots, it may not benefit organisations in the long run. Inadvertently, one will create peaks and troughs of efficiency. And this may be counter productive. Besides tech moves in a generational manner and a catch up of generations is trying to fix square and round plumbings. Horizontal Co-pilots in my view are ideal and worth the strive / strife. Huge efficiency / experience/ engagement boost across multiple facets of the business. More human “ will “ ( both meanings ) be needed to build average artificial, which will give a multiplier efficiency impact. “ Jeeves” will be back for more and new tasks much before you savour the work done! 25:30 is the primary point - Trust.
