Chair and Chief Executive Officer at Accenture

On a recent visit to the Middle East, I had the privilege of speaking to the first graduates of our Capability Hub in Riyadh and welcoming a new cohort of students. The Hub provides six months of dedicated training in technology, data and AI to some of the brightest young minds in Saudi Arabia, nurturing their creativity, innovation and capacity for critical thinking. It’s the first step in our launch of Accenture LearnVantage to help companies in the Kingdom grow their talent. I am excited to see what our first graduates will contribute to our clients as they reinvent their businesses and to Saudi Arabia as it continues its reinvention with Vision 2030. https://lnkd.in/gceYE_eW

Do we have any similar hubs or plans for them in Africa 🌍? I can see the market having capacity for one in South Africa and one in Nigeria for clients East and West of Africa.

My professional life started in Accenture on the Grad Programme many years back - where I learnt many new skills that enabled me to evolve into the professional I am today. Accenture was truly a great place to grow, learn, develop and contribute.

Accenture's rehiring team is racist towards male employees in India.

I trust that cultural, moral and ethical aspects towards a sustainable future for the world are part of your program. Technology with a belief in people is essential. Especially for those who got lucky enough to be gifted with more than average braincapacity.
