So exciting! to join Accenture india 🇮🇳, but in my case it’s been a month of my interviews process completed however I haven’t been contacted by recuiter for joining and other process. As per attached Accenture candidate portal status showing interviews and document collection tasks has been completed however I haven’t heard anything back yet from recruitment team even I have tried to reach out them via email and call still no response at all. I’m confident that I am a good candidate for the job and hope to hear from them soon. thanks

This is the biggest scam of the century. Just because you can buy ratings, doesn't mean you own them. I have cried and yelled at my tenure at Accenture only to have received no help from any authority as a lot of localization has happened in the organization with high level politics appearing in these local colonies. Only once I reached the CXO, some help was offered!! Such a painful process to get justice the bull whip effect of which I am still going through and i see this banner up there makes me question the authenticity of these surveys!! Business Today
Kudos to you but what abt formal employee company should give as a chances for the company and employee greater good. I am formal employee after 4 month I learn abt value of my place so for same sole and responsibilities, given the interview but received email not required but they are hiring fresher. Now I no value for my company nor for other . After giving 4yr of my life .

Hello and great to work with Accenture india. But the drawback faced by myself in accenture is, As I came for my higher education to abroad after working in Accenture india. Now i completed my education and trying to rejoin the same Accenture in USA but no one is atleast giving a priority as a previous Accenture employee. 3wAccenture has been a responsible global corporate entity with very high standard of both technical and social benchmarks. The employees respect the culture and also very much involve themselves in growth of the company. Generally , people will be fully part of the system always as satisfaction level is high. This i am writing after couple of feedbacks from known people who are family of employees.But my equal concern is that dedicated executives don't always keep up with family traditional followup, which I think is most needed. The social obligations must also be equally followed with parents and family. Accenture must institute a system of grading for employees having very well social connect with family and friends for which a checklist like number is days out with family, care and support to them and of course elderly care and support.
