Constantly looking at our devices, tapping away at our keyboard and racking up hours indoors can take a toll on our stress levels. 🤯 A recent study showed that urban park 🌳goers saw an improvement in well‑being and life satisfaction by 64% after just 20 minutes! 😊 Another study found that people who incorporated walking amongst the trees 🌲 experienced less hostility. No wonder people look so happy 😁 in parks!
