They are dedicated to enhancing the employee experience across all levels to bridge these gaps. Challenges for workforce personal development - What’s the productive strategy for HR Leaders? 🔍Companies require employees to learn and change as fast as possible to adapt to the needs of the market trend. But from our research, 95% of young employees (22-30 years old) and 70% of mature employees (30+ years old) shared that they find difficulties in personal development because of lacking of Learning and Development Strategy: 1️⃣ Lack of time and resources: Employees are often overloaded with day-to-day tasks and lack reliable guidance materials for self-learning. 2️⃣ Difficulty bridging the gap between skills and practical abilities: Technology and market trends constantly change, requiring employees to self-assess and identify skills that need improvement. However, subjective viewpoints can affect accuracy when seeking and solving problems independently. 3️⃣ Resistance to change: Most employees do not want to change due to fear of failure or fear of not adapting.
