The idea behind this being that those 3 people are bound to talk about something work related or better their working relationships. I like what AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR) had to say recently: “81% of business leaders believe highly engaged employees perform better and are more productive.” – Source: Harvard Business Review So how can organizations in Thailand develop more engaged employees? It could be through raises and recognition, or hybrid work policies, or health & wellness allowances… Interestingly, “professional development opportunities” is third on the list of ways AIHR believes we can keep employees engaged. Kudos for ranking it so high!
