Day 2 at Global Leadership Summit was another great one. A few of my favorite quotes/takeaways: Failure: - Fail often in order to succeed sooner - What would you attempt to do if you knew you couldn't fail? Perseverance (Joni Eareckson Tada): - If I realize my weakness, I can see how strong God really is. - The most effective leaders do not rise to power in spite of their weakness, they lead with power because of their weakness. Happiness: - Portfolio of Habits for a Happy Life 1. Faith, 2. Family, 3. Friends, 4. Meaningful work - Enjoyment + Satisfaction + Meaning = Happiness - Screen time has direct correlation to unhappiness Grateful for the opportunity to attend and learn from great leaders these past 2 days.

Great Day 1 at the Global Leadership Summit. A few of my takeaways/favorite quotes: *Great Leaders: 1. Focus Relentlessly - fewer things with more intentionality. 2. Care Deeply - can't lead people if you don't love people. 3. Commit Completely - potential of your impact is a reflection of your commitment. *Stories - Stories make information matter and stick. - You may be in the MIDDLE of a story. - The most important story is the story you tell yourself. *Good leaders manage their time. Great leaders manage their energy. Day 2 tomorrow. Looking forward to it. #Globalleadershipsummit

Great week at the Raymond James National Conference! Lot of great sessions, learnings, and connections with peers. “Anyone who isn't embarrassed of who they were last year probably isn't learning enough.” - Alain de Botton
Teamwork makes the dream work! Our team had an incredible experience at Elevate this week, a national conference held by Raymond James. At Legacy, we make it a priority to continually learn and grow how we can make our practice better every day. Thanks, RJ for a great conference full of wisdom and insight! #RJConference2024 #Teamwork #legacywealthadv
