This represents a 1.2x multiple on Sharecare's $420M Revenue (TTM) (https://lnkd.in/gshS3i3Z) and an 87% discount to its $3.9B valuation in 2021 (https://lnkd.in/gyDiX36F). Revenue growth (quarterly) was declining 22% YoY and they were unprofitable with a -17% EBITDA margin. A recent comp is Twill's acquisition by Dario Health (https://lnkd.in/gt-PkTMV) earlier this year for ~2x Revenue and an ~80-90% discount on its 2021 valuation.
