Justin Mecham it's surprising how often "psychological safety" is overlooked in favor of productivity metrics. Yet, without a supportive environment, any gains are short-lived. Why do companies still cling to outdated, fear-driven management styles? It’s time to prioritize mental well-being and trust over relentless output.

When leaders create an environment of safety for their team, then the team can focus on the task at hand. Justin Mecham

Spot on. Psychological safety is the backbone of high-performance teams. Incredible post, Justin.

As Google’s Aristotle Project “proved” the most important indicator to a teams success is psychological safety. More than ANY other indicator (education, tenure, personality, etc, etc) successful teams are successful because they feel safe and trust one another. Great graphic!
