Justin Mecham while trust is undeniably crucial, isn't it a bit idealistic to expect it to be learned and fully implemented in the workplace? In reality, office politics and individual agendas often overshadow trust. However, with consistent transparency and active listening, we can be close to building an environment where trust can thrive and everyone can succeed.
