How can we (as coaches and athletes) promote and improve true connection and association with our bodies and movement? Is having a generalist and playful approach to training a necessary foundation and/or concept to integrate for effective movement ‘practice’/training? What is the value in making room for creativity, flow, knowing your body in space, experimentation, expressiveness and fun without the sets and reps?
