Aligning an employee's skills, talents and interests with a job that aligns with the organization's objectives = wisdom and accelerated performance. Great share Karen - this is something that is just beginning to emerge into the mainstream and it's time has come!

Performance can look like night and day when talent+interest are aligned, vs not aligned with the role.
