🚀 Exciting Update from My Virtual Internship! 🚀 I am thrilled to share a key project I recently completed as part of my virtual internship. I had the opportunity to analyze the performance of Wavecon's 5G service launch. This comprehensive analysis covered several critical aspects, including: 📈Impact on Revenue: We observed the financial outcomes of the 5G implementation, noting a slight initial dip in revenue but significant regional variations. 🔍KPI Performance Analysis: Key insights into total active users and unsubscribed users highlighted areas for potential improvement in customer retention and service satisfaction. 📊Plan Performance Analysis: Detailed evaluation of best and worst performing plans, with actionable insights on plan impact post-5G launch. 🛠️Discontinued Plans: Identification of plans that were discontinued due to negative feedback and high churn rates, aiming to streamline and enhance customer satisfaction. 💡Recommendations: Strategic suggestions to boost customer acquisition and retention, enhance marketing efforts, improve network coverage, and elevate overall customer experience. Hello everyone, As part of my virtual internship, I've been tasked with presenting insights for the WaveCon Telecom analysis. Objective: WaveCon Telecom, a major company in the telecom industry, launched 5G in May 2022. They are now seeking insights about their business performance post-launch. Key areas of analysis include: Impact on Revenue: Analysing the effect of the 5G launch on overall revenue. Underperforming KPIs: Identifying key performance indicators that are underperforming. Plan Performance Analysis: Comparing plan performance before and after the 5G launch. Focus on Impacted and Discontinued Plans: Understanding the impact on specific plans and reasons for discontinuation. Key Insights: Impact on Revenue: There was a slight decrease in overall revenue post-5G launch. Underperforming KPIs: The Total Unsubscribed Users (TUsU) metric showed a notable decline in active users. Plan Performance Analysis: Plan P1 emerged as the top performer, while Plan P7 had the lowest total revenue. Impact on Specific Plans: Plan P7 experienced substantial negative impacts. Plans P8, P9, and P10, which had lower revenue potential even before the 5G launch, were discontinued afterward. This summer I had the incredible opportunity to work as a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐚𝐭 Deciphercloud , where I delved into the fascinating world of 𝐂𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐒 and contributed to the development of an amazing software. My previous internship was also Salesforce-related. Although it took me some time to grasp, I eventually got the hang of it, so at this point I could probably write a love letter to this software! 🙈 It’s no wonder this platform is a game-changer for businesses of all sizes. My role was a thrilling mix of market positioning, competitive analysis, from dissecting various market parameters to uncovering unique selling points and spotting gaps, the real thrill was brainstorming ways to simplify our software with AI integrations , that even my grandma could use it 😸 (You get the idea), for which I explored various LLMs and analyzed how they could elevate our product. And while it's been a wild ride, it's definitely not the end of the journey! Tackling on real-world challenges has always been an exhilarating experience, revealing how clear and structured thinking can lead to innovative solutions with genuine impact. A heartfelt thank you to Purushottam Bhaigade, Aishwarya Patil & Anand Shinde for giving me this opportunity & whose leadership showed me what true ownership looks like in building great products and companies. Working with the tech team, I was inspired by Swami Dhamane and Nikita Nathani's great dedication, which I strived to mirror and no doubt Abhishek Daware's energy could power a small city 😂 —his enthusiasm was a great source of motivation for me. I always say at work: if I have one super power… it’s definitely not sales. And this week the whole sales team of Superchat had to see it in action as I was desperately trying to schedule demos with new leads. Embarrassing myself like this was part of the sales internship that Maurizio Blötscher and I did this week. Cool, but why? In RevOps, we're in charge of a lot of processes for our commercial teams and constantly implement new ones. But it's tough to keep track of every little detail on a daily basis. That's why it's essential occasionally dive into the department's work from start to finish. Here are the main reasons: 🔵 Spotting Inefficiencies: A lot of what people do becomes second nature, and they rarely question why they do X instead of Y. By getting involved, you can start asking those questions and quickly find inefficiencies that everyone else missed. 🔵 Checking Process Relevance: By working with the sales team, you can see how people are actually using the processes you set up for them. Do they still make sense? Should they be updated or scrapped? 🔵 Finding Misalignments: If there are multiple sub-teams within the department, hands-on experience lets you compare how different teams handle the same processes. A lot has happened in the past weeks but I'll start with my first presentation in my ongoing customer success training. Last week we started our capstone project titled "Analyzing Customer Needs and Developing Tailored Strategies" and Friday was our first presentation. I worked with a fictional company in the HealthTech industry for my analysis. As a customer success professional in the health tech ecosystem, customer needs such as communication must be addressed. Segmenting your customers while workshops and training are being organized for them could help in addressing their communication challenge. Once the customers are being communicated effectively, they'll have successful experience with your product/service which will eventually lead to them being retained.
