Balancing a full-time career while coaching softball and raising three kids is no small feat, but it’s a journey I wouldn’t trade for anything. Along the way, I've discovered that the leadership principles driving success on the field are remarkably similar to those that foster success in the workplace: the importance of teamwork and collaboration, resilience and perseverance, a purpose-driven desire to win, and a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and fun. Earlier today, we wrapped up another incredible season, and I’m filled with pride and gratitude for everything our team accomplished. From the regular season to the final All-Star tournament, it's been a journey of growth, resilience, and unforgettable moments. A special shoutout to our catcher, who gave me the title of both Mom and Coach — my daughter, Ellie. Here’s to juggling two jobs, building great teams on and off the field, and loving every minute of it! 🥎✨

Love it, I did the same except it was coaching hockey! Worth the sleep deprivation.

Congratulations on another successful season filled with growth and unforgettable moments. Your dedication to coaching and leading both on the field and in the workplace is truly inspiring. 🌟 Kate Manahan
