Have you already begun to feel the charm of the New year fading away? Are you already feeling that the new year has begun to get older? While the beginning of any “New Year” brings in a lot of hope, excitement and renewed energy…know that only what changes internally shows itself externally. Take a sheet and divide into 2 parts. On one side write all that you want to achieve in the year ‘24. Simultaneously on the other side write if you have the external and internal resources to achieve the same or not. Next you know what to do. Take up whatever it takes to be there. MOVE Take massive actions. Just thinking won’t help. Taking actionable steps everyday will make magic. Cheers to ‘24 🎯💜🧿

2024 - The year to leap into more At some point in life, we have either stated or desired to have more time. Whether that was a minute, hour, day, or year. This year, is a leap year, and we are provided with more. What will you do with the extra time? How will you cherish those extra moments? How will you use them to make a difference? Will this be your year to leap into more growth opportunities? More time of self- reflection? More time to walk in your purpose? When we leap, we intentionally decide to propel ourselves forward with enough momentum to shift us from one position to the next. We don’t allow fear to stop us. We decide to just go for it! So, I’m deciding that this year will be my year to go for it! Fear will not deter me from shifting. In fact, I’ll use it as a stepping stone to propel me even farther. Make this your year to do the same!

New Year, New You – sounds trite but it doesn’t have to be! The sentiment behind "New Year, New You" often gets dismissed as cliché, but it's rooted in the powerful idea of personal growth and self-improvement. It's an opportunity to reflect on the past year, identify areas for positive change, and set meaningful goals. Whether it's big transformations or small adjustments, the new year presents a chance to make deliberate choices toward becoming the best version of yourself. Here's what's on my list: 🧘♀️ Be more present. This was a key insight for me from 2023. I was living life 5 steps ahead, 3 days ahead. The emotional train was gathering speed and I was hyper-vigilant. The.Whole.Time. I mistook this for my superpower but having this as my modus operandi wasn't the superpower at all. It was sapping my power 🛑 Say no. I'm always saying yes and trying to make it happen. And sometimes it works but usually it is a juggling act of my own creation. In 2024 I am going to say no more so I can have time to say yes to me. How do you plan to approach this new beginning?

Are you on the brink of a new year, filled with anticipation and wonder about what the coming months will bring? OR will this next year be another year of ho-hum, stress, anxiety, no excitement, and more of the same? Don't allow this New Year coming be a continuation of time but a fresh start, a reset, a chance to set new goals, chase new dreams, and make meaningful changes. I'm diving headfirst into the "new year, new me" spirit despite my checkered history with resolutions. It's like aiming for the moon and landing among the stars. I resonate with being an overachiever too. Sometimes, even if we fall short of the moon, the stars we reach are still pretty incredible. As for resolutions, count me in! There's something about the fresh start that fuels my optimism. It's a chance to challenge myself and dream big; even if I don't conquer it all, the journey is worth it. Curious minds wonder, right? We're 6 months into the year already, the summer months are upon us, albeit a cold summer 🙄 . Everything is getting brighter, nights are longer, and not to mention the Euros approaching quickly. What a time to be alive. There's no better time to reflect on what you've achieved so far, the 6 month marker is when you start to evaluate if what you've been doing has reaped any results. I made a vision board at the start of the year, saved it to my phone lock screen and diarised to check it 6 months on to see what I could tick off. Well, if I based my success on this I'd say I've had a pretty good year 😆 But along the way, I've added more to the vision board, and removed things that no longer serve my long term goals. My paths have realigned and changed directions and accepting these changes, may be my greatest achievement. If you sat down and took a look back on the first half of this year, would you be happy with where you are now? Would you sit back and relax for the next 6 months or set new goals? 2023 is a wrap and the new year is here. ⁠ ⁠ If your last few weeks were anything like mine, you might have been in a whirlwind of work, shopping, parties, planning, food, drinks, family, friends, more food, and more drinks.⁠ ⁠ It was fun and wonderful and sometimes exhausting. ⁠ ⁠ Before you fully dive into 2024, just a quick reminder to take some time for reflection on the previous year. ⁠ ⁠ I like to do this quarterly to be better able to remember what happened and more quickly adjust for the next 90+ days. ⁠ ⁠ The Q4 reflection also becomes the annual reflection as I look back at my calendar appointments and pics captured on my phone to reminisce, celebrate all the wins, and also notice what showed up more than I wanted and also what might be missing. ⁠ ⁠ If we don't take the time to reflect and decide how to change and direct our lives, someone else will decide for us. ⁠ ⁠ Be intentional in how you spend your time and energy. ⁠ ⁠ Here are a few questions to help you reflect before moving into a new year.⁠ ⁠ 🤔 📓 🖊️ ⁠ ⁠ *What went really well?⁠ ⁠ *What did you accomplish?⁠ ⁠ *What challenges did you run into?⁠ ⁠ *What did you learn?⁠ ⁠ *How might you be getting in your own way?⁠ ⁠ *What do you wish went differently?⁠ ⁠ *What kind of experiences do you want in the new year?⁠ ⁠ *How do you want to feel?⁠ ⁠ #reflection #perspective #goal #progressoverperfection
