Donate To Charities While Riding Wonder Taxi 🚘 As of 17 August, Wonder offers the option for passengers to donate directly to the selected charities while paying their taxi fare. Simply scan the QR code and choose the donation amount, and your contribution will go to the charity of your choice! To support this initiative, we have partnered with Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power 香港復康力量, where the donations will support employment training and operational services for people with disabilities, helping them contribute into society. How to Donate:  1️⃣ Grab a Wonder Taxi via the "HK Transport" app or directly on the street.  2️⃣ When paying the fare, scan the Wonder QR code inside the taxi.  3️⃣ Confirm the fare and select your donation amount.  4️⃣ Complete the payment digitally.  5️⃣ Once payment is successful, your donation will be sent to the selected charity, with Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power 香港復康力量 currently being the featured charity. Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday.  So many Charities require the generosity of others to keep their doors open. Charities always have wish list of items to improve or, like this weekend, for The Outreach Connection, replace a failed main display freezer. TOC is where I put my efforts because my wife and Daughter-in-law founded it in 2019, Opened the food pantry on March 1st 2020 (15 days pre-covid) – feeding just eight people that month.How things have changed; Today, over 1,000 people a month rely on the food TOC provides. Cold storage is a crucial part of the operation. Situations like a broken freezer happen to great small Charities everywhere, and that loss can significantly impact how much food TOC can provide to those in need. If you want to feel your money or efforts matter, look for a Small Charity near you to donate to or volunteer at. Every dollar and hour is always appreciated.
