Debilitating back pain made everyday activities excruciating!!! However, a targeted and thought-out physical therapy plan based on Myofascial Release followed by McKenzie MDT sessions provided relief after months of suffering. For too long, we've been stuck in an outdated cycle - injure yourself, take a pill, get "better" (for a while), re-injure, rinse and repeat. Break the cycle! An Integrated Physical Therapy approach combining Myofascial Release to eliminate painful restrictions and create space with the McKenzie Method's brilliantly simple strategies is the remarkably effective piece of health care we've been missing.
