This was invigorating to write. Why invigorating? Because sometimes when you are in the day to day of hard work, you fail to see and derive inspiration from the little wins. With this article, I was able to take a step back and review all we've done at Women in AV/IT in one year. Woah! Our board is powerful and dedicated. And our members, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters are the strength behind the organization. We are more than a movement, we are a sustaining force and will keep making waves. Join us! The industry will be better for it. https://lnkd.in/ewC-EMSb
