"How much do you sell the Gatorade packs for?" My Son: $1 "If a Gatorade Tub has 60 scoops, how much money can you make?" My Son: $60 Today's lesson is the limitations of sales vs. the abundance of business "It costs $15 to buy a Gatorade Tub, how much profit do you make per tub?" My Son: $45 "So the most you can make selling Gatorade by the pack is $45 a tub, correct?" My Son: Yes "Who told you that $45 a tub was the most you can make?" He was bewildered and We are approaching The mid-point of the drive So I got to the point of the lesson "Why do you sell Gatorade?" My Son: I don't want to have to ask for money A tear fell lol I had to get out of my pride And teach him the value of Business "There are 1,000 students in your school if 50% of them want Gatorade every day your middle school is worth $500 a day" My Son: There are only 60 scoops in a Tub "Son that is sales, we are talking business. It costs $15 a tub to make $45, what if you found a business partner in each grade?" The last light of the drive Time to plant the seed In his subconscious "Instead of being limited by your ability to make a sale based on how many packets you have, you are only limited by how much supply you can provide for the demand" He smiles and I clarify With Dozens of kids already Outside of the school "If every student in your school has $2 in their pocket, that's $2,000 a day. How many kids do you know that don't want to ask their parents for money?" Before he tried to answer I left him with food for thought "Pay attention to all of the snacks you see in kids' hands today, focus on remembering the brands, and tell me today after school" Teaching him the principles of Market Research While showing him the subconscious drivers Of his potential employees Today, he finds out He began the process Of building a snack business Instead of selling Gatorade packets This is why I am excited about the work Avi Yashchin and his team at Subconscious AI are doing! Big things to come😁 #marketresearch #sentimentanalysis #generativeai

Week 3 of Tech Talk with Cindy. These have been a hoot to build, one of the great things about working with AI is the unpredictability of AI LLMs, and as this is created using two separate large language modules one feeding the other the output is less than predictable. I'm committed to the least amount of editing as possible so it's all WYSIWYG. This one is only 4 minutes while the previous is closer to 11, which do you prefer? I think I like the longer one myself. #AI #newsmedia #techtalkwithcindy #lytchgate
