“Do Early Careers at AAA exist?” First, let me break it down for you - Early Careers refers to the initial stage of a person's professional life, usually within the first years after completing or during their education. On another note, Early Careers is a broader term for the first several professional years, but internship can be a sub-part of Early Careers. Sometimes, internships aren't exclusively for students or recent grads. Yes, even during these hard times, there's a ray of hope for those with ZERO EXPERIENCE to find a job in the gaming industry. Here is the amazing list Eva Piatrushina has collected: Epic Games https://lnkd.in/dNW5YPWW Electronic Arts (EA) https://lnkd.in/dv5-WKuQ Blizzard Entertainment https://lnkd.in/dduaFC8v Ubisoft https://lnkd.in/dRyXXbqm Microsoft https://lnkd.in/dfGWs3xZ
gonna comment here to save some folks some time; Some of these internships (like Activision’s) are just straight up for students, and it’s typically like that company-wide. I’ve checked pretty much every single internship page I possibly could, and they all contain similar clauses. Good news is that Activision at least has another program for adults called Level Up U, but that page has been on “opening applications later this year mode” since about 8 months ago. It could change, so keep an eye out.
Recent grads have almost no place in the employment world for the last several years sadly.

Thank you so much for this! I checked it out and looked around for any art opportunities.

7moQuestion is - are these only for students and recent grads? Or can anyone pivoting from a different career apply?
