I-Phyc and ACWA Services are pleased to announce the signing of a partnering agreement between the two companies. The agreement, initially covering Yorkshire Water, Wessex Water and Anglian Water brings together I-Phyc’s scientific and process expertise around its innovative algal bioreactor solution (ABR) for nutrient removal, together with ACWA’s experience in process engineering, off-site manufacture and delivery and track record of introducing new technologies to the water industry. This combination of expertise means that I-Phyc and ACWA, working together can deliver the I-Phyc ABR in the most cost-effective engineered and timely manner. Affording the water industry a truly chemical free, carbon sequestering, nature based solution for P removal, helping the water industry drive towards its 2030 Net Zero goals

Clean TeQ Water Limited CEO Peter Voigt joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss an exciting agreement with Go2Lithium and LithiumBank Resources. Under this agreement, #Go2Lithium (G2L) will license its continuous direct #lithium extraction (cDLE) technology to support LithiumBank's development of #LithiumBrine assets in North America. This licensing arrangement offers Clean TeQ Water Limited exposure to some of North America's largest brine assets, including the Boardwalk Project and the Park Place Project. To expedite piloting on LithiumBank's brines, Clean TeQ is planning to transport its cDLE pilot plant to Canada in the coming months. JLEN Environmental Assets (LSE:JLEN) Group, the environmental infrastructure fund, has acquired the 30% Bio Collectors Holdings it doesn't own for £8 million. BCH operates an anaerobic digestion (AD) plant, commissioned in December 2013, which produces biomethane for the national gas grid and also runs the Bio Collectors waste collection business. This acquisition consolidates JLEN's control over BCH, enhancing operational synergies across its food waste AD plants portfolio, including the Bio Collectors and Codford plants. The investment is expected to yield attractive returns for shareholders, especially in light of the recent DEFRA announcement mandating separate food waste collections in England by 2025 for businesses and 2026 for households.
