I had the opportunity to attend ASRCS in Boston, MA (catching the Red Sox on opening day was also incredible ⚾) as well as AzDA's Western Regional Dental Conference in Glendale, AZ over the last couple of weeks and connected with hundreds of business owners/healthcare professionals. I enjoyed hearing about the different opportunities and challenges facing private practice owners in today's economy.
One recurring theme in my conversations was that scaling your business isn't just about making a higher volume of sales. It's about making your business stronger and more flexible. Is your external messaging aligning with who you are? Is that messaging attracting like-minded individuals? If you can't find the right talent, is there another way you can increase cash flow?🤔
The good news is, today there are a myriad of ways to increase revenue & scale that many business owners are not taking advantage of. (Time-saving systems/procedures, product mix, core competencies, new media channels, office culture, etc.) Scaling revenue allows you to add additional layers of security and invest in new areas. 🔒 📈
