Concealed Carry Laws In New York: What You Need To Know To Stay Legal New York has some of the nation's tightest concealed carry laws. Many of these laws are part of the Concealed Carry Improvement Act of 2022, which the Attorney General's office indicated it would enforce, in the wake of a December 2023 ruling by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit vacating some, but not all, of the injunctions previously imposed by a lower court. Click the link to read an all-new article from the experienced New York weapon defense team at the Law Office of Benjamin Greenwald and learn more about New York's concealed carry laws and how New York gun owners can remain compliant. https://lnkd.in/e3cfAZ4y #GreenwaldFirm #LawOfficeOfBenjaminGreenwald #NewYorkLawyer #NewYorkDefenseAttorney #CriminalDefenseLawyer #DefenseLawyer #WeaponsCharges #NewYorkWeaponsCharges #ConstitutionalRights #WeaponsDefense

10moHow can we look back 250 years to determine how we should live today? Wives were property. DV was deemed okay. There were animal rights before we had laws protecting children. Originalism is barbaric in a way. Once again, wealthy white men decide how the rest of us should live or die in this case.
