🙏 One of the greatest forces for good in life is sharing and showing gratitude 🙏 Here’s me as a little tike with my Dad - he was a professional mechanic who made cars and school buses work like magic. He was the most honest man I could ever know. My Mom was the energizer, always encouraging and sometimes using reverse psychology on me – "You can’t do that”. It was a challenge to me – "I’ll do it, and do it better than you think!". I came from a normal middle-class background, where family was the center of life, as well as serving our community. From an early age, I knew I wanted a college education, a bit of an optimistic wanderlust. So, I asked my family, friends, and people whom I thought were smart and successful, how to make it happen. I was hungry and ambitious, paying my way through university with home support from my parents. They were tough years, exciting ones, working two and three jobs to earn my way, always learning, and it paid off. I learned what my life’s work would be all about - people. One of the things that I value most about being part of the ResultsCX team is having the opportunity to build a culture where respect and dignity are the foundations of our growth. No matter what your background, or the challenges you’ve faced along the journey – you are welcome here. When you create a sense of belonging, you don't have to embrace someone's label. For me, this is the sweet spot where individual and organizational success can truly align. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all my mentors, colleagues and peers, former and current, for giving me a platform to be successful and enable others to be successful. #Gratitude #Culture #Inclusion

You need people and people need you. Surround yourself with:  1. People who know you,  2. People who like you,  3. People who trust you,  4. People who have interest in you,  5. People who need you,  6. People who value you,  7. People who reward you,  8. People who inspire you,  9. People who challenge you,  10. People who support you,  11. People who celebrate you,  12. People who care about you.  I really cannot judge who I am to you, but if you are able to score me 7 out of the 12 points, then give me a pass mark and let's make our connection worthwhile.  I'm here to help people live better in their personal life and professional career. I've worked some incredibly talented people over the decades and I've seen many struggle with self-doubt and anxiety. What makes these people so amazing and inspirational to me is they: 📌 own it when they fail, but pick themselves up and go again 📌 acknowledge what they aren't good at, then hire up 📌 don't inspire or aspire to average 📌 never quit. 💙💙💙 to all these amazing people who made me realise it’s ok to have self-doubt. What makes you unique ? Think about it. What do you bring to the table that others don't ? What value do you add better than others ? 1) Make sure you think about these points, reflect upon them, consciously. 2) Play on them. These are your strengths. Keep working on them. Don't take them for granted. 3) Its ok to work on your weaknesses - but don't let them bog you down. Unless its a mandate for the career / job you want - its also ok not to be good at certain things. Don't be hard on yourself. 4) Don't try to fit in if its not coming naturally. Having a preference for better character is always a wise choice. When an entire group of people share this preference, they are more likely to treat each other well, make good decisions, and offer support during tough times. Admiring character is key for building a positive and productive environment. #CharacterMatters

People are the backbone of success in any organization. They bring unique gifts and talents that should be celebrated. Whether it's a new program, template, or mantra, it's ultimately the people who make the difference. One of my brothers struggled with self-worth, but he found a way to celebrate his unique talents and abilities. He trademarked the phrase "I Am The Best" as a way to remind himself of his worth. Let's all take a moment to celebrate ourselves and the gifts we bring to the table. Whether it's finishing a project or being a friend to someone who needs it, we all have something to be proud of. So, go ahead and try finishing the statement “I Am The Best…”. Celebrate yourself, your team, and all that you bring to the table. Because at the end of the day, it's the people who make the difference. #CelebrateYourself #TeamSuccess #IAmTheBest

I often get asked about my "Why"... Why do I do what I do? The answer is that I absolutley LOVE to help people with neurodiverse brains grow and acheve. People with Neurodiverse minds, thoughts, feelings, emotions, never cease to amaze me. I'm lucky, I've got myself to the point where I can call it a superpower. I know that my mind takes away some things, but so does it give to me a lot, and believe it or not for ages I took for granted. There are things that I can do, that others look and think "How". The irony is that I'm looking at their strengths and thinking the same thing. Please don't get me wrong... I'm rubbish at ALOT of things (case in point... a lot is not one word and nomatter how much I KNOW this fact, I type it as one word... every time), ALOT, ALOT, ALOT of things. 🤦♂️ But I'm also really good at a few other things. 🙌 The key is being open and honest with your team around you. Be open enough to say "I suck at this" and "I'll help you with this". The symboyosis of different people with different strengths coming together to form an amazing team is HUGE. I would be nowhere without my team. 🤗 They make me look better each day, but without them, I would be in a dark hole. This is a presentation I did at #HighFlyers nearly a week ago, but it highlights a lot about why I do what I do. I hope you enjoy, and I look forward to hearing your feedback.
