I’ve read 100’s of books on top performing leaders, and here’s the 8 lessons I’ve learned.   Great leaders have habits that average people simply don’t have. On the surface, these habits seem trivial.   If you look deeper however, these habits become clear. Habits that you can develop to become a high-performing leader as well. Since Business School, I’ve read and studied hundreds of great leaders and their habits, and this is what I learned: The 8 habits of every great leader: 1. They are 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀. 2. They are 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. 3. They 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 as a 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅. 4. They use “𝗻𝗼” as a superpower. 5. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 is essential. 6. They’re 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 minded. 7. 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀 are foundational. 8. They build 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 relationships. What would you add? Tell us in the comments. P.S. ♻ 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 to help others in your network.   If you liked this post, 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗲 Kevin Box🚀 for more posts like this. #fuelyourgrowth

Early rising is one of the keys to great leadership. I’ve learned taking time to be mindful in the morning and focussing on the actions required to make your team succeed for the day makes all the difference.

Kevin Box🚀it’s fascinating to see these key habits that set great leaders apart! One thing I’d add is their ability to remain adaptable and open to change. In a world that’s constantly evolving, flexibility in approach and mindset is crucial. I’ve noticed that the best leaders are those who can pivot when needed and embrace new ideas and technologies without hesitation.

This is about vertical growth management style and collaborative Culture. The Leadership is how you are true to yourself and know yourself deep down, stick to your values and make it your mission to make everyone in your tram grow and shine, being an example of It can be done. It is also the ability to marry the team's growth to the growth of the company and its healthy profitability.

This is spot on and is needed today Kevin Box🚀. Great sheet here.
