I wish I knew this hack 15 years ago! If you want to get hired, then you must ask great questions. According to Forbes, over 100+ people apply for a single job. Which means to stand out, you must set yourself apart from the other candidates. How? By asking great questions! Asking great questions tells the interviewer: ↳ You are prepared! ↳ You are confident! ↳ You're a top tier candidate! In this Fuel Your Growth infographic, we explore 10 questions to ask during an interview that will make you an irresistible candidate. Do these eight things before and during the interview: 1. Do your research on the leader and the organization. 2. Use this infographic as a guide to prepare your questions. 3. Develop your open-ended questions. 4. Ask questions during the interview. 5. Allow the interviewer your answer the questions without interruption. 6. Smile and give off positive body language. 7. Ask follow-up questions. 8. Smile and thank the interviewer for answering your questions. ♻ Repost this for your network. If you enjoyed this post, follow me, Kevin Box🚀 for more posts like this. #fuelyourgrowth

Kevin Box🚀 Asking great questions during an interview is absolutely needed. It shows you are prepared, confident, and a top-tier candidate. My favorite part is developing open-ended questions and allowing the interviewer to answer without interruption.

Kevin Box🚀 Remember that the interview is a two-way street, and you are also interviewing them. Ask tough questions, assess their culture, and make sure they're a good fit. Also, make sure you talk to former (ask them why they left) and new employees (ask them why they're still there).

Engaging in a dialogue rather than just answering questions can leave a lasting positive impression on interviewers
