This is to help identify regional skills gaps based on employer-led insights. We are calling on employers to share their current experiences and views on their digital skills needs, the relevance of apprenticeship and training provision, as well as identify progression pathways into digital roles and equity and diversity challenges. The research aims to better understand the support needed for businesses across the SE and SW Wales regions for digital skills, identify regional priorities, and inform key areas of development and gaps to meet employer needs. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
