Leveraging his extensive HR experience, Marcello will help differentiate and upscale KeyPartners by creating innovative approaches that add value to clients. He is passionate about leading significant projects, ensuring quality delivery, and fostering collaborative relationships. He holds a University Degree with Honour in Statistics from the University of Rome. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, cooking, spending time with friends, and riding his custom Royal Enfield motorcycle.
