Great to see Intel leading the way with onshoring of semiconductor manufacturing. The semiconductor industry started in the US in the 1960s, with the entire pipeline from R&D to manufacturing to distribution all US based. With global supply chain disruptions, its about time to bring critical elements of our economy and national security back onshore. Early this week Intel Corporation 's Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operation (MSO) BU had announced its 2023 MSO Manager Excellence Award winners. Congratulations to all 23 awardees and specifically 4 awardees from Assembly & Test Manufacturing (ATM) organisation. To echo its BU, yesterday ATM re-announced the 4 award recipient from ATM with additional names for Honorable Mention with regards of MSO MEA. What shocked me is that I AM LISTED AS ONE OF THE HONORABLE MENTIONS. 🤣 I can't stop smiling and been very grateful. Alhamdulillah, I told myself that all the out of working hours activities, classes and involvements with Intel will always come with something. I believe continuous learning and giving is a cycle. We need to keep improve ourselves in terms of knowledge, skills, values and leadership brand so that we can be a better version of ourselves which can contribute back to the community (be it Intel and/or the whole world). 1st official milestone, many more to come insyaALLAH. ❤️ With regards of Intel Foundry Services (IFS) that will come stronger in the near future, we need to strengthen the Intel values. In recent Power of Us forum, the corporate executives really emphasised on the Customer First value.
