Hello there, can you see us? Yes, I can see you. How can I assist you today? So I'm here with my son and I'd love to see if you could drive a conversation that could help us get to know each other better. And so ask us questions and also ask us follow up questions to just really keep the conversation going and for us to dig a little bit deeper and hopefully connect a little bit. Absolutely. Let's start with something like can each of you share a fun fact about yourself? Said the other person might not know. OK, uh. Well, I used to not like broccoli that much, but now. It's I'm starting to like it more, so I don't think you knew that. That actually is news. My wife will be very happy to hear that we thought he hated broccoli. That's a great piece of news. Now dad, can you share something about yourself that your son might find surprising or interesting? Ohh boy. I used to be the lead singer at a heavy metal band. I think you know that, Yeah, but it's very. I was very surprised when I found out. That's an exciting surprise. Now that we've got the ball rolling, let's delve a little deeper. If you could spend a day doing anything you wanted together, what would that day look like? Hmm. I love to eat ice cream, so maybe we'd put that in somewhere. We go get ice cream and then I know you like to go swimming. I'm not like a huge swimmer, but I enjoy swimming sometimes, so I think we would go swimming and then I'd like to play video games, so maybe you would play video games with me. That sounds like an amazing day. Swimming, ice cream, and video games are a fun combination. What kind of video games do you like to play together? Or would you like to try playing together? Umm. I play Mario Kart with him sometimes. I enjoy it, I think. I think he enjoys it too. So yeah, probably I enjoyed it when I had a chance of winning. Mario Kart is a fantastic choice. It can be a lot of fun and competitive. What's one thing you both appreciate about each other that you might not say often, but feel it's important? OK. One thing I've noticed that you do very differently than other people and I like it is that even when I'm trying new stuff that might not necessarily be perfectly in line with what you want me to be spending my time on, you're still, you're still relatively supportive and you're like you don't you're you're open to a lot of different things and you're you're open to me trying out a lot of different things. So I appreciate that. Thank you. You know, for you, I think. I appreciate the time. Agree. I think there's some teenagers that feel like they're too cool for school sometimes and that, you know. But Imran's not that you you definitely. I've seen you work really well with four year olds all the way up to 30 year old, so I've I've briefly impressed with that. Will complement to your son. It's great to hear how much you appreciate about each other. Keep these conversations going and you'll continue to discover more about each other. I came across children especially in America have estranged parents and vice versa. This will really be helpful in strengthening the bonds in any relationship.

What's interesting is that when computers finally got some sort of intelligence, its emotional intelligence, not reasoning intelligence. Even less so abstract intelligence. This shows, in some way, the hierarchy between the different sorts of intelligence and sheds a light on why we find one or the other through the evolution of animals to humans.

I think taking the time to write down a few questions with or without AI prior to meeting your kid is better and less awkward. Simply ask them to meet you, go over such questions monthly and do check ins weekly plus dinner together should always be a constant / daily.. Diner together contributes about 33 percent of family bonding, if not more, we shouldn't have AI in between to be able to bond. What happened to courage to expres our love? Whats the hold up? Something to dig into internally. AI could help to bond but will always be superficial until people get real with themselves and speak from there. Thats a personal development problem that software can't fix.

This is definitely interesting, but I'm a little ambivalent about it. On the plus side it shows that the potential use cases of AI are endless and that tech can actually help enhance human interaction. On the minus side… what ever happened to tossing the ball around with your kid? It makes me sad to think that the art of conversation is so lost to some folks that they'd depend on ChatGPT to facilitate communication with someone they supposedly care about.

This is really interesting. I am really interested to see if they did anything with the reading function. (I'll be honest, I was horrified by the last iteration of Khanmigo, when it came to reading.)

Wonder the role of future schools ! It will be more of a commune with different type of learning setup like teachers will be guides with programs to explore real world situations and skills like a hike expert, music teachers, cooking, farming etc. the main stream teaching will be kidnapped by AI ! But counter intuitively even after so many years of alternate learning systems the rigid exam oriented setup is getting stronger than before.

Get ready to see HR industry completely transformed. Some companies are already using AI screening, even for technical interviews. We already saw what ATS was doing to the recruiting industry. Unpopular opinion : GenZ is 100% ready to onboard on similar platforms and would prefer to reduce human interaction as much as possible if it gives them better access to wider opportunities with AN UNBIASED recruitment process. Most top talents don't get to the third round because of human discrimination, racism, ableism, ageism, religion, gender ... The other side effect is that some companies will force discrimination in their process because their customers would ask for it.

Yes, it is like having a personal coach at the other end. This is absolutely amazing. Generative AI is indeed going to bring some revolutionary change in all aspects of life and make things that are impossible - possible. The challenge is identifying use cases, ensuring that we have the accurate Learning model that can help operationalize.
