Govt should only validate and all work should be done by private employees like passport offices. Revamp all govt websites and unification towards Aadhar. All govt offices should have 70% women workforce mandatorily, this will remove the current corrupt system. Retrain all laws through Deep learning algorithms , and get feedback from Aadhar otp citizens, retrain again with feedback to identify flaws, all laws found illegal and old should be removed and new ones to be added considering next 25 year prediction data model.
