Learners with disabilities deserve #HigherEducation systems that are accessible and inclusive. More than 30 years ago, the Americans with Disabilities Act (#ADA34) laid the groundwork for more accessible #HigherEd systems, but our institutions and policies still have a long way to go. Today, only 18% of disabled adults have a BA degree – half the rate of adults without a disability.
