Relatability. We all crave and desire that. Telling your story could allow someone else to be seen, heard, reminded they weren’t alone. Gentle reminder for us to stay relatable. Use your story to relate to someone. Use your story to inspire and encourage someone. Use your story to impact and move someone. One thing I love about Recruiting is the opportunity for me to tell my company’s story. And then my story. Hoping my story relates to the person sitting/standing across from me or on the other end of the phone - enough for them to show interest in writing their own story, where we have the same chapters. Hoping those chapters or even happy endings have Shaw within the pages. Here’s a link to our Careers Page, to review great opportunities, in hopes you begin your story with Shaw: www.shawinc.com/careers

As a job seeker, every day that you peruse your LinkedIn feed, you may feel overwhelmed by the exorbitant amount of information. Many social media platforms elicit the same feeling, one that inundates you with data. For those seeking employment, this emotion can be compounded by the stresses of the application process and the sense of urgency brought on by a toxic work environment or unemployment challenges. Many organizations and individuals use LinkedIn as a marketing tool to attract job-seeking customers. One thing these entities often fall short of is that every client has specific goals and needs. If your marketing plan is to cast a broad net and appeal to a saturated market of job seekers, it will ultimately fail to cater to the absolute requirements of your demographic. At CareerJolt, every resume project starts with a call. We want to know exactly what your challenges and goals are to create a fit-for-purpose professional brand that fills problematic gaps in your job search. If you want to learn more, please send us a message or contact us via careerjoltpro.com/contact May today be the step you need to find your next opportunity!
