Raise your hand if you’re just… tired. Raise two hands if you’re tired of feeling tired. We’re living in an era of massive burnout and overwhelm. The pandemic was supposed to change things for us. It was supposed to be the Great Disruptor. Is anyone getting the sense that instead of the old systems being disrupted, these systems have somehow found their ways to maintain an iron-clad grip? Women especially are feeling burnt out right now. Because when something doesn’t work, we’re the ones that feel it first. The way forward is not in isolation. It’s through connectedness. Women can’t continue to be the only ones saying, “This sh*t isn’t working!” 🎙️On the Emerging Women Podcast, we’re talking to writer, speaker, and coach LiYana Silver, who helps women become the women that they are meant to be. She is changing the world and leadership through the power of feminine genius. She’s also the author of Feminine Genius: The Provocative Path to Waking Up and Turning On the Wisdom of Being a Woman, a blueprint for how to trod a new path, using feminine connectedness. If you’re tired of the current systems… write the words “I’m ready for change” in the comments. 👇👇 Listen to the full podcast episode through the link below!💖 #emergingwomen #burnoutrecovery #burnoutprevention #burnout #radiantleader

I help busy business professionals in Japan to do BRILLIANT work without sacrificing their personal lives.
This is the third week in a month-long celebration of International Women’s Month where I'm sharing words of wisdom from women I’ve interviewed over the years on The Sasuga! Podcast. This week, the spotlight is on Delhi-based entrepreneur, wife, and mother, 手嶋 綾子 Ayako Tejima. Ayako supports female entrepreneurs to create their brand strategy and visual system. In Episode 135 of the Sasuga! Podcast, we talked about 🔥 The biggest mistake that many women entrepreneurs make with Instagram (and you may be doing the same in your corporate work) 🔥 The benefit of multiple obstacles and changes of direction along your path 🔥 How Ayako went from frustrated and stressed at the beginning of the pandemic to balanced and happy Ayako’s advice about acceptance: 1. If you aim for perfection before you start, you’ll never get going 2. Accept that it’s difficult to strike a balance between children, home, and work 3. Have your own uniqueness and keep improving yourself step by step 4. Have time for yourself 5. Communicate with people around you if you’re suffering and having difficulty 6. When you’re going through difficulties, remember they’re your assets - instead of looking at the obstacle right in front of you, look further away and you’ll see that it’s all a continuous line moving forward What about you? How do you embrace difficulties in your life? 🎧 Listen to our conversation here: https://lnkd.in/efB8RAwF #IWD2024 #inspireinclusion #internationalwomensday

Are you constantly bombarded with messages about how much more you could be doing? "You have so much potential! You're playing small! You can achieve so much more!" While these messages can be motivating, they can also lead to burnout and exhaustion, especially for women juggling businesses, families, and personal aspirations. Here's the thing: Instead of focusing solely on doing more, let's shift the conversation to capacity. What is your capacity for doing hard things? This is a fundamentally different question because it moves beyond your worth and value, which are inherently fixed. Instead, it focuses on your energy, resources, and ability to manage the demands of your life. This is especially crucial for women who are lauded for their leadership and achievements. Without realizing it, we can build our lives around a constant need to climb, achieve, and perform. But what if there's another way? What if we can define success not by external validation, but by inner peace, fulfillment, and a life that aligns with our values and well-being? This is a different conversation, one that starts with understanding your capacity and building a life that honors it. I help women in their 50's make extraordinary change | Transformational coaching; personal, career, leadership | Clients discover new confidence, clarity, passion and momentum
𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟱𝟬'𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻? Embracing change and personal growth is a journey that knows no age boundaries! For women in their 50s, transitioning from being shy to outgoing is not only possible but also immensely rewarding. Here is why it can absolutely happen: 1. Self-Awareness and Acceptance: that you no longer care what others think. 2. Set Clear Goals: you no longer have time nor patience for BS, and while you're at it define what being "outgoing" means to you. 3. Challenge Your Comfort Zone: all our "zone's" are taking a wild ride. Might as well challenge that one too. 4. Build Self-Confidence: you've spent your life building the confidence of others, now it's your turn! 5. Communication Skills: refer to #1 and #2 but do learn what active listening is and give it a shot. 6. Networking: have fun! 7. Learn from Others: Seek inspiration from my guest on the 50 NOT DEAD Podcast, Tammy Fisher, EA. As she says, she's kicking more a$$ at 54 than she was 20 years ago! There are three secrets that have emerged from my most recent luxury, private 3-night retreat in FNQ that you need to know for more power. Right now, I know you think that in order to grow, you just need to keep going in your business – that stopping is the worst action you could take to expand or speed up your growth and bottom line. Not true. Women have always retreated to connect and claim more power and pleasure in their bodies and lives. What you think is a STOP sign to life and business is a pause and slow down so you can go faster in the ways that you desire to. On the note of desire, in this episode of WHITE HOT BUSINESS #podcast I get real about what it is you’re currently complicit in that is keeping you swinging between the states of control and powerlessness – i.e. separate from your desires. More specifically – your desires to be seen, to be heard and to be revered. Before you know what power plays to make to have those desires manifest for you, you are required to know where the opportunities and leaks are in your energy, body and business. Be brazen and bold enough to go there and you’ll soon be seeing and experiencing what you want to happen a whole lot faster but only if you see, hear and revere yourself first. My Power & Pleasure Retreat is here for the red-blooded women in business who can no longer tolerate the tight skin suit of the good girl and are yearning to cross their own threshold into new, expansive terrain… This is the 3-night immersion to release control, reclaim your power and revolutionise your pleasure so that you are: Seen, heard and revered As the red-blooded woman and authority that you are. If you are feeling your full body yes, the link to claim all the details and secure your place on my upcoming #retreat for exceptional women in business is in pride of place in the comments.
