Western Massachusetts Fibershed is working on a way to turn “waste” wool that farmers are not currently using into a value-added product, and they need your help! Donate to their GoFundMe for a wool pellitzer, which turns waste that would other be thrown away (seriously) and makes them into an excellent, sustainable soil amendment. https://gofund.me/efbb7f93 The NPK value is in the 9-1-4 range, the pellets help prevent soil compaction, and they retain moisture in the soil.
