Integrating AI to Empower Educational Excellence for our Students' Future | Educator | Organizational Transformer | Consultant
“If we were drinking champagne on New Year’s Eve because your organization had just completed an outstanding year, what would have been accomplished? How would you measure that success?” If you asked this question at your organization, would everyone have the same answer? And, if not, do you see it as a problem? "It’s no secret that having a common vision of the future is crucial for setting a cohesive strategic direction for any enterprise. The cost of misalignment is steep: strategic dissonance, political infighting, inefficient resource allocation, decision paralysis, and a sluggish response to market shifts, among others." This is why I start with some sort of clarity and strategy phase with just about every client, and I am notorious for suggesting that we "take a step back" at different stages of work -- whether it be moving into a new phase, considering a pivot, or reflecting on how the pieces fit together. Having a shared understanding of what champagne celebration success looks like not only means that you will know when you get there...but it also means you'll have a better chance of actually getting there with everyone headed in the same direction!
"What would need to happen for you to pop champagne on NYE to celebrate an epic year?" Asking your team this simple question can reveal critical misalignments on what winning looks like. Left unchecked, competing definitions of success can tank performance. But you can get aligned with the right convo. This HBR article shows you how. https://lnkd.in/ed35X5dh

Chief Revenue Officer - Enhancing customer experience through innovation | Building lasting go-to market organizations
What does winning look like for you? What does it look like for your team members? If these definitions differ, the impact of workplace success may not be as profound as expected. A win for you might be effortless for someone else - but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be celebrated. So, as a leader, it's time to develop a clear collective understanding of what winning as a team looks like and then align efforts, resources, and strategies toward these common goals. #LeadershipInsights #TeamSuccess #WhatIsWinning

Fractional COO | Founder | Mom of 3 | Women in IT Champion | Adjunct Professor | Speaker 💥 I help CEOs execute on their vision when they aren't ready for full time or aren't sure what they need yet.
It’s hard to say goodbye Yesterday, I wrapped up with a client. It was the second-to-last meeting for us as we achieved the outcomes we had set out to accomplish. As we wrapped up that meeting, we shared our gratitude and scheduled the last call. I really enjoyed working with these clients, so to know that I am not speaking to them anymore on a regular cadence is a little sad, but the truth is they don’t need me right now, and that’s exactly the business I’m in. You have me when you need me. Coming out of our engagement, you have a very clear plan on what you need to do next. Teaching them to fish, giving them clarity on exactly what they need to be focused on and then helping them build that muscle around talking about the right things and execution. So I’m a little bit sad. I’m also celebrating a client's success. This also gives me some space to take on a few clients in May who wish to gain progress in their goals and have this awesome feeling that they’re working on the right things. #ObjectivesInFocus #StrategicRhythm #LeadershipSynergy #bethebestCEO #PannellConsulting #PassionforClarity #fCOO 🪂 I’m Wendi. I wear the boring hats so you can focus on what you do best and become the leader you know you could be if you weren’t so bogged down by the day-to-day. www.wendipannell.com DM me to start a conversation or jump on over to the website to find some time to chat IRL.

Results Driven Account Manager Excelling at Sales and Client Growth and Retention Strategies for IT Services & Solutions including SaaS and Travel Tech.
What is a sponsor and why do you need one and how do you ask for one? You need a sponsor, because there's not one evaluative process as you seek a promotion or recognition. Why do you need a sponsor? If your looking to be promoted or recognized in your role you need a sponsor that will make sure they have your best interests at heart. There is also a measure of subjectivity in the process so you need a tool like MentorcliQ to help you find the perfect sponsor that will have a seat at the decision-making table, and have exposure to your work in order to have credibility behind closed doors. Who is speaking and advocating on your behalf? Ask your leadership if they have a Sponsorship program to support you. #sponsorship #executivedevelopment #getpromoted
