Hi there Matthew from Night Edmonds and I'm here to talk to you today about the Boxing Day launcher properties. Now it's well documented property portals like Right Move, Zoopla and on the market do see an increased level of activity over the festive period. Now this could just be people at home just having a nose or it could be people thinking I want to have a change for the forthcoming year. When sellers asked me, should I launch my property then or should I wait to what is traditionally a very busy time spring? I would always ask the question, when are you hoping to move the average sale at the moment? Takes over five months from the date of offer to the day it complete. So if you're looking to move April, May time, then yes, a Boxing Day launch would be very, very beneficial. But if you're looking to move July, August time, there may be a springtime launch should be right for you. It all depends on your circumstances. What are you looking, when are you looking to me, what are you looking to get is when it's best to launch your property.
