Office Manager - Dream Land Hospital We are looking for "Office Manager" in Dream Land Hospital with the responsibilities below: **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hospital's administrative office. - Coordinate with office staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical personnel. - Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow and maximize productivity. - Maintain and organize office records, including patient files, financial documents, and other important records. - Collaborate with department heads and other staff members to facilitate effective communication and coordination across different departments. - Handle and resolve any administrative issues or conflicts that may arise in the office. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree. - +3 years of experience as an Office Manager in the hospital sector. - In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, administrative processes, and healthcare regulations. - Strong leadership skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with staff, patients, and external stakeholders. - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
