NBA Draft Day. The NBA Draft process was always a 6 week flurry of making (and copying) Draft Books, prospect pick-ups/dinners, team workouts, intel calls, and being on call all hours of the day. There would be days where I’d call a college head coach for intel, then drive players to the airport, run the shot clock during a workout, before a prospect dinner at night.
