I don't do may events throughout the year, but where we actually talk about real problems, I do enjoy the inspiration. Big thank you to the great panelists today Katarzyna Wysocka, Patrycja Lech-Grzesińska, Andrew Harding FCMA CGMA, Grzegorz Mucha and Lukasz Wielochowski who shared good insights and tangible examples on leadership, talent and odds on attractiveness of Poland from the perspective of KIBS and broadly, industry development. The secret formula for the industry longevity? We don't know it, but certainly: 1. thinking big (remembering we are all part of a community in the end) 2. being bold (controlled risks rather than recklessness),  3. having a plan (and guts to run it), 4. and being collaborative … seem to improve our chances! So how can we get to the big, bold, collaborative plan... for our industry? #ABSL

Ficosa China hosted our Anual Leadership Meeting, we had the attendance of almost all Indirect Teams (Close to 200 Ficosians), We discussed how to improve the Pillars of our operation, and we share the insights of our development plans. What it was more important, is that we had a great opportunity to know each other better, in many team activities: - On Saturday each team prepare it’s own food, that was share to all latter! - On Sunday we enjoy a Paella from a famous Cheffs, from Valencia and Barcelona! - We aligned how to move the company as one team, we building our own ship and we move at the rhythm of the Drum. - Learning the symbology and the strength of Chinese Dragon Mythology. Was as well a opportunity to forget about daily issues, and charge the batteries for new challenges ahead!
