Two happy workshop leaders in the streets of Austin after having completed our first Dream Incubation workshop - we did great Deirdre! (Deirdre is lecturer and researcher/PhD at Harvard Medical School, specilializing in the immense creative abilities of our dreams. Among other things she studied "dream incubation" - i.e. proactively asking your dreams to work on a given problem you have right now, or a decision you are to take, a method showing great effect in terms of finding highly creative solutions/answers - as the dream state is one of our most creative brain states).
