https://lnkd.in/g4ppfRXX here are the golden key information and regulation and award application, though here it is the American Military University, and I say that is a relief to know that the key is by invitation only, set up to be set up at compatible colleges and universities, even retroactively as graduate. that the military gets a fair shake, is formidable for the argument that the very best students are to apply to this initiative of the goldenkey, which could be used for an ROTC trial, even at my undergraduate program at USC, wherein the military take precedent for scholarships and awards, having already perchance exercised the G.I. Bill that military pays for college, well, let's just say the goldenkey helps with all educational expenses from supplies and paid off loans from grants and scholarships, and don't forget that golden key runs all kinds of college and university test preparation facilitation and resume and portfolio credited hours and even the tiresome track down of an old reference, which goldenkey is a grand narrative of why no one should miss out on college university experiences necessary for a better career, and a better tomorrow!

I want to add some points here based on my observations: - Immigration in college is taken way to seriously. However, proper documentation is not provided. Most might disagree here but having a FAQs section would save a meeting time. - Students are not aware of unemployment days. (From my research 7/10 students don't know they can have over 150 unemployment days (90 on OPT + 60 on it's extension). Yes it is additive. - Form like I765 and I983 support is not available explicitly, students have ask other students who have already done it and seek advice. Atleast, having sample documents on to fill should be provided. - Self employment / Volunteering on OPT is warned. Not adviced. - Lot of students failing to get internships because start date of CPT is not within the time ranges as per employment. - Pre-completion OPT is a thing. - Employer applying for H1B while you're studying is a thing. - Everify is not a big thing which most of the employer avoid. (It is just electronically verify I-9 form). - Getting your I-140 approved while you're studying is a thing. - What are all options to work in US? Students are more interested in this than studying the course. They only know OPT and H1B because uncle Bob son told them and Green Card if you marry a citizen. I’ve been making way too many of these announcements lately! 😄 But I’m happy to share that I have been selected as Student Ambassador and Content Creator at Imperial College Business School. But that’s not what this post is about. I wanted to talk about an important part of college applications – pitching yourself but being honest about what you say. Many prospective students forget to include the “WHY ME” part in their applications. If Imperial is going to give you a seat, they need to know how you plan on adding value during your time at college. However, it is important to be honest and realistic while answering this question. In my application, I mentioned that I wanted to become a student ambassador and a content creator because these roles genuinely interested me. Most applicants tend to write a never-ending list of things they want to do at college, but let’s be honest, we only have limited time and resources. So, pick an area you are truly passionate about and write about it, the admission committee will be able to tell if your essay does not sound genuine. Talk about past experiences (volunteering, content creation, sports, leadership etc) and how you would like to use the skills you have gained to contribute to the cohort. #collegeadmissions #collegeapplications #imperialmeansbusiness #imperialcollegelondon #statementofpurpose #studentambassador

I received 4 scholarships during my time at The University of British Columbia Needless to say, I’ve applied for a fair share of scholarships and written numerous personal statements toward these applications Wanna know the biggest mistake I find students making when applying for scholarships? 👇🏼 Answering questions that haven’t been asked! 🫠 Let me give you an example. If you’re applying for a scholarship that’s geared toward community engagement and leadership, here’s the questions you should be trying to answer: ✔️ What is the criteria for this scholarship? What are examples of how I meet this criteria? ✔️ Why was my engagement important? Who is the “community” I’m claiming to have engaged with? ✔️ Have I held positions of leadership, and if not, what are some ways I have demonstrated leadership? ✔️ Why was my version of leadership meaningful? Did it make a difference? How? Here’s what you shouldn’t be focusing (too much) on: ❌ Your grades and how you’re an excellent student ❌ Statements and claims without evidence ❌ Explaining your context and background (if not relevant or asked for) Ofcourse applications vary and you should always use your judgement when including information But the most important part is to focus on HOW you are qualified for THIS SPECIFIC scholarship and WHY — answer this before everything else #scholarship #studentlife #internationalstudents #education
