This week is an important one for the UK Fleet and automotive community, as we meet at the BVRLA’s Fleets in Charge conference to discuss and debate how we can support the UK’s transport decarbonisation programme. I will be speaking on the ‘Retail in Detail’ panel alongside other key players in this sector, as we try to address topics such as how to ensure EV adoption among not only companies but also consumers in the UK, what it would take to boost confidence in electric vehicle technology among retail users and what all stakeholders – including policymakers in our new Govt – can do to drive this transformation across a wider demographic in the UK.
