I'm back! 🙋♂️ Feels surreal coming back to work after spending the past 7 months in cancer treatment. Thankful that I'm in HubSpot, and have wonderful colleagues who made it possible for me to fight without worrying about work. I was worried about coming back, wondering if I'll be able to jump right back in. Very pleasantly surprised at how easy it is for me to pick things back up. Shameless plug, but a world-class CRM really helps. All communications and developments with my leads since I left in April are logged in the CRM, and I can pick up where things are at without bothering my colleagues even more. This is how you know the business truly owns the customer relationship, rather than the sales rep. One last update - after helping businesses in North Asia for the past 18 months, I'm coming back to the serve the SG market moving forward.
