This session was a part of our ongoing efforts to address the evolving needs of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Here are some key takeaways and insights from our discussion: Talent Attraction: Panelists emphasized the importance of showcasing the CRE industry as a rewarding career path and discussed innovative recruitment strategies, including partnerships with technical schools and community outreach programs. We also discussed options to hire "non-traditional" building operations candidates. Onboarding Best Practices: Panelists highlighted the significance of structured onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively and shared success stories of mentorship programs that help new employees navigate their roles and develop their skills. Ensuring Success: Panelists stressed continuous professional development through training and certifications and explored the role of technology in streamlining maintenance processes and enhancing productivity.
