We’re foresters because we love to work in the woods. But with our expertise comes the need for continuing education to make sure we’re staying on top of whats going on in forestry… And many times the need to engage with the public in various forms… sometimes in “the city”. Its not that we don’t love our fellowship with one another… Or even that we DON’T want to share our love of the forests… Its simply because I dare to say we became foresters for a reason to be away from the city and enjoy nature. And maybe that tendency is were more inclined to introvertedness? At least I am 1000%. But whether you’re a forester in the woods, or a landowner signing up for a big meeting to start your networking and engagement… Eccelesiastes 5:5 reminds us of the importance of following through on our commitments.
