OUT TODAY: The #NFIB Research Center released its February Small Business Economic Trends survey, finding that #smallbusiness owners remain pessimistic about business conditions. Here is an updated version of our Minnesota Business Succession and Transition Study. https://lnkd.in/gbqtdSg9 .There is corrected analysis on question 12 results that indicate 4 factors most important to the business owner. Only one of these factors is a private thing (maximizing wealth). The other three factors indicate concern for employees and the business going forward. Which I think are good opportunities for economic developers, business advisers and community members to build on in encouraging owners to plan for transferring their businesses.
