Thank you to #GCT NY for an amazing tour of the terminal today. Michael Lubrano and Greg were very knowledgeable, gracious and patient hosts for my colleagues as well as TRAC’s summer interns. Everyone learned something, or many things, and had that “ah-ha” moment. We even had the opportunity to go up on a crane and see the terminal and surrounding area from 100+ feet in the air. It was a great experience!

What a great day at work! TRAC took our interns to #MaherTerminal and #ECD today to see our supply chain at work. And wow – it is beyond impressive! At Maher Terminal, there was a ship being unloaded, trucks coming in for containers, and containers being moved around the terminal. We also had a great conversation and presentation at Maher, so we understood the scope, magnitude and complexity of their operation. Then we went over to ECD where we saw a trucker come into the yard to hook up to one of our chassis for his next load. A special thank you to Frank and Ivo at Maher Terminals! Lou and Neil, thank you for taking time out of your day to set-up the tour and spend so much time with us! Mike Lee, another great intern experience, I appreciate your coordination. #TRACIntermodal

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It is important that we continue to bring attention to the importance of mental wellbeing. At TRAC, we are committed to supporting each other in maintaining good mental health. Let’s take this month to learn more about mental health, break down stigmas, and support each other in our mental health journeys. We all have to learn that it is ok to not be ok, and seeking help is a sign of strength. We should all strive to create environments where mental health is valued and everyone feels supported. Thank you to our MMA Team and Ericca who put together a month of seminars, classes, and opportunities for our employees to be engaged in this very important topic.

Thank you TRAC Team for your donations to Soles4Souls in February. Due to your generosity and big hearts, we collected over 300 lbs of shoes. We appreciate you helping us create a positive change in our communities. #Soles4Souls “turns unwanted shoes into an opportunity, by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use – providing relief, creating jobs and empowering people to break the cycle of poverty.”

Happy Marine Corps Birthday! Thank you to all of the U.S. Marines for the risks you take, your bravery, and the sacrifices you make. Because of you, and each person who served or continues to serve in our military, we have a country that is safe and filled with promise for tomorrow. To every Marine that answered our country’s call, we are forever grateful for your service! To my father-in-law, saying thank you to one of the few and the proud is more than just a privilege; it’s an honor. #marine #military #thankyou

“There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.” Michelle Obama During Women History month, I want to thank all of the amazing female influences in my life. Starting with my #Mom and #Grandmothers who overcame significant obstacles. Growing up, they taught to always be kind and authentic and to never be afraid to speak my mind or try something new. In college, my track & field coach, #BarbHartwig, taught me that there was never a goal I couldn’t accomplish when I put my heart and mind into it. As I grew in my professional career, I reflect on the role models I had in #NancyHauge and #ValerieMaddy - who were never apologetic for having a strong opinion, created and demonstrated work-life balance while being successful executives, and broke barriers. I am the person I am today because of these (and other) unbelievable women.
