It can be a little bit scary trying something new, right? Take Piccola Early Years. Our business is still fairly new within this community. We may have decades of experience, refining our skills and knowledge in Early Years Settings as practitioners, teachers, Childhood Practice Lecturers and in management with years of teaching experience in our toolkit. We may also have established ourselves as experts in the topics we're passionate about, throughout our careers, but the name 'Piccola Early Years' is relatively new yet growing in reputation. That's why hosting our first live Webinar on Thursday night was both frightening and exciting in equal measure! Would anyone turn up? Would the tech work as it should? Would the attendees enjoy the course content and find value in giving up their time to attend? Turns out, the answer to all those questions was a resounding 'Yes!' We had such a lovely evening sharing examples of good practice, acknowledging some of the challenges faced in supporting newly qualified staff members all while finding solutions to support those who came along.
