I am excited to share that I’ve successfully passed my People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM! This course and program have taught me invaluable skills in effective leadership, employee development, and fostering a positive workplace environment. I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and continue developing my skills. Each month a group of Swoon managers met to discuss key learnings and provide our perspectives learned during the PMQ course. I am excited to share I'm moving into a new position as Associate Director of Sales for Emerging Accounts at Swoon! It’s been an incredible 3+ years with even more incredible people. Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported me along the way. Today I celebrate my 2-year work anniversary at Swoon! I am so grateful to have joined a fantastic company and look forward to many more years ahead. Special thanks to Jack Sawyer for his mentorship, guidance, leadership, and support from day 1! Also to Tom Plass & Danielle Elizabeth (Schmidt) Finan for being amazing leaders in my career. I wouldn't be here without you 3 today. THANK YOU I am so grateful for all Swooners, clients, colleagues, and friendships I've made so far. As I'm coming up on 8 years in this industry I am very excited to continue to learn, develop, and see what's ahead! #swooners
